Hey, I'm Tracey.

I spent 24 years in government corridors - building real relationships and actually getting things done. As a CPA, School Board Trustee - and yes, the woman behind a 40,000-member Costco Facebook community - I know how to bring people together.

But here's what I love most: helping women like you move forward.

My superpower is cutting through the noise to give you the strategy, the straight talk, and the push to go from stuck to momentum — fast.

And I'm Adrienne.

You didn't get into business to play small. Neither did I.

I built, scaled and sold a food brand from scratch (it started as an idea and ended up on grocery shelves across Canada and the US). I've designed teacher training programs, led entrepreneurial education and coaching for women, and spent years in marketing and communications strategy for some of Canada's biggest organizations. Before any of that, I was a journalist at CBC.

What ties all of it together today is something I first learned as a journalist: there's always a story underneath the story. In your business, that's usually where the real obstacle lives - the one you haven't quite named yet. My job is helping you find it.
