Adrienne Spring

Adrienne is the strategist, coach, and self-leadership specialist of the partnership. Her work sits at the intersection of business strategy and inner leadership — drawing on coaching, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work, and nervous-system literacy to help founders and leaders lead themselves well so they can lead their organizations well. She works best with the humans in the business: their growth ceilings, their patterns, their capacity.

Business Strategist & Coach

Tracey is the numbers, the clarity, and the strategic rigor of the partnership. A CPA and CMA with years of real-world finance and business leadership, she works with the strategic and financial architecture of a business — pricing, profit, scalability, forecasting, and the decisions that compound quietly across a fiscal year. She works best with the mechanics of the business: its levers, its leaks, its leverage.
